Mukti Foundation (MF) is hiring an M&E Officer to lead the data management and accountability framework for a multi-sectoral project funded by BMZ-PT and ADH.

Special Note: Candidates must have technical proficiency in Kobo Toolbox and data analysis software like SPSS/Stata. The role requires frequent field travel in Southern Bangladesh.

About the Role: The M&E Officer is the backbone of the project’s quality assurance. You will design and implement the M&E system to track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in thematic areas like Health, WASH, Food Security, and DRR. You will also manage the Complaint & Response Mechanism (CFRM) to ensure accountability to beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

System Design: Develop and implement a robust M&E system, including logical frameworks (Logframes), checklists, and trackers to measure outputs, outcomes, and impact.
Data Management: Conduct field-based data collection using digital tools. Ensure data integrity and update the integrated project database regularly.
Reporting: Produce timely progress reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) for internal management and donors (Malteser International).
Accountability: Coordinate the Feedback, Complaint & Response Mechanism (FCRM), manage logbooks, and analyze feedback for program adjustment.
Capacity Building: Train project staff on M&E processes and new data monitoring tools to ensure quality data collection.
Research & Survey: Lead baseline surveys, end-line evaluations, and research tasks. Assist in developing ToR for external consultants.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Anthropology, Statistics, Urban/Rural Planning, Agriculture, Public Health, Economics, Development Studies, or Social Sciences.
Experience:

- Proficiency in data collection tools (Kobo Toolbox).
- Expertise in data analysis software (Excel, SPSS, Stata).
- Strong understanding of Project Cycle Management (PCM) and Logframes.
Field Work: Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
Age: Must not exceed 40 years.
